BKE founder Luke (Boom Bap) Jackson is a classically-trained musician and vocalist who began his musical studies at the age of 8. Boom created his first home studio at 12, and was appearing in commercials, organizing step shows and auditioning for Star Search by the age of 15.
This versatile entertainment industry veteran has worked as an artist, producer, sound designer, promoter and DJ. Boom has DJed underground Hip Hop shows around the country, including the ESPN X-Games, and as an artist has shared the stage with several notables including Usher and Kanye West collaborator Twista. He has produced, promoted, hosted, judged, competed in and won freestyle battles, DJ competitions, and tons of events and shows. In the studio Boom has recorded and produced a host of underground artists and bands, and remains an active influence on the underground scene.
